The Passparcel story

About Passparcel

A gift shouldn't have to end with the person who opens it. Passparcel is building Stranger Swap: a mystery gift box sent between strangers, where every recipient can become the next sender.

Open it. Make it yours. Pass it on.

Each box includes a pass-it-on card. Unbox your surprise, film the moment if you'd like, add something of your own within the contents limits, and send it to a new stranger. One small parcel becomes a shared story.

Small boxes, thoughtful boundaries

Our goal is to keep box prices under $25 and set clear limits on what can go inside. Quality and shipping costs matter: check the product listing, swap guidance, and shipping policy before you buy or send.

Starting small, going city by city

Our launch plan begins with 200 boxes seeded with micro-creators, followed by city-by-city challenges. We're at the beginning of the chain, and we want every next step to feel worth passing on.
